Congressman Hamadeh Reminds CD8 Residents About Mobile Office Hours for Constituent Convenience
Congressman Abraham Hamadeh (AZ-08) is reminding residents of Arizona’s 8th Congressional District that his staff is hosting mobile office hours by appointment to help constituents with issues they might have working with a federal agency, such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, Social Security Administration, IRS, U.S. Department of State, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
The mobile office hours and locations are:
First Thursday of every month
Sunrise Mountain Library
21109 North 98th Avenue
Peoria, AZ 85382
Third Thursday of every month
Main Library
8463 West Monroe Street
Peoria, AZ 85345
To make an appointment please visit Hamadeh.house.gov. Please bring the following with you:
- Social Security number for a case involving Social Security.
- VA claim number for a case with Department of Veterans Affairs.
- A copy of the tax return and photo ID for an Internal Revenue Service matter.
- Copies of any related documents or correspondence from the agency involved.
The Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a) requires that Members of Congress or their staff have written authorization before they can obtain information about an individual's case. Constituents will be asked to fill out and sign a privacy release form before staff can take action on any matter.
“If you need assistance with a federal agency, please contact my office to set an appointment in the district office or to meet with staff during the mobile office hours,” stated Congressman Hamadeh. “My team will do what we can to resolve your issue. It is our privilege to serve the people of Arizona's Eighth Congressional District.”
