Luke’s artwork will hang in the United States Capitol for one year, where it will be seen by millions of visitors.

TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.), a cutting- edge technology company based in the 8th Congressional District, plans to invest $100 billion in chip manufacturing plants in the U.S. over the next four years.

The legislation, which amends the Help America Vote Act, will help American citizens vote by prohibiting the confusing and disenfranchising voting scheme of Ranked Choice Voting.
