Wen Abe Hamadeh traveled to Lebanon in 2018 to attend a family wedding, he was turned back at the airport in Beirut and denied entry into the country. His passport had an entry sticker from Israel, the result of a trip there when he was in law school, where he saw firsthand its multicultural and multiethnic society, visiting Jerusalem, a Druze village and a Bedouin group.

Congressman Abe Hamadeh is trying to restore a little dignity to the People’s House after growing tired of walking past flags strewn along the halls of Congress representing what he says are “woke ideologies.”

The Veteran Readiness and Employment program provides veterans of the Armed Forces with help in job training, education, employment accommodations, resume development, and job-seeking skills coaching. It shouldn’t be too controversial,” he says.
